Important NOTE:

According to § 50 paragraph 2 sentence 1 number 2 EStDV (Income Tax Implementation Ordinance) a simplified proof of donation is possible for donations up to € 200.00; ie a data medium (payment slip/account statement) on which the amount and recipient (foundation) are clearly recognizable and assignable is sufficient as proof; a proper donation receipt is then not necessary.
