According to § 50 para. 2 sentence 1 no. 2 EStDV
(Income Tax Implementation Ordinance) a simplified proof of donation is possible for donations up to € 300.00; i.e. a data medium (payment slip/bank statement) on which the amount and recipient (foundation) are clearly identifiable and attributable is sufficient as proof; a proper donation receipt is then not necessary.
